Fringe In The New Year!

Fringe In The New Year!

Merry Belated Christmas my lovely readers!! I hope you’re having a beautiful holiday weekend! I’ve had an exceptionally great Christmas with family, and I’m currently pooped from hosting, eating too much and barely sleeping out of pure excitement! This was also my 1-year-old daughter’s first Christmas {that she could actually enjoy}, and I think I may have had more fun than she did just by watching her revel in opening gifts and being smothered in love by our family.

Now that we are all slowly getting back to reality, I wanted to share with you guys some chic and glamorous NYE outfit ideas since we have yet another reason to celebrate in less than a week. I wanted to share ‘not so typical’ colors and textures because we all know the typical NYE uniform is silver and sequins or some combination of the two.

Here I’m wearing a green fringe skirt paired with a sleeveless chiffon bodysuit and a simple black cape blazer. I fell in love with the skirt because it’s not a holiday green, but a beautifully unique combination of turquoise and emerald green. I kept the look simple and elegant, because sometimes less is more. This would be perfect for a dinner event, and then loose the blazer for the after party!

Here are my top 10 favorite pieces to pair for NYE outfits, and they are all under $100! Some items are sparce in sizes, but check in-store if your size is sold out online. If still no luck…get creative and be inspired to recreate the look!!

Metallic Pleated Midi Skirt // Cut-Out Side Crop Top // Sequin Cropped Top & Sequin Pencil Skirt {I know I said no sequins, but I love this!} // Satin Playsuit // Lace Jumpsuit {lace is always a good idea} // Two-Piece Lace Dress // Velvet Maxi Dress // Off-The-Shoulder Leopard Dress // Cut-Out Maxi Dress {a simple stunner!}
