The V-Day Edit Part II: Edgy Chic Vibin’

Happy Sunday girlfriends, I hope it’s been a fun and restful weekend for you! As promised here is Part II of my Valentine’s Day edit! And of course, it’s another ZARA Woman look. I have been crushing on everything ZARA lately {really for the past couple years}…and to be quite honest, their pieces are taking over my wardrobe…and I’m sooo not mad at it!

This sheer lace dress had my name written all over it! The burgundy neckline and sleeve trim gave it more of a casual chic vibe, so I played up on that with a unique fur stole, a sleek clutch, and a boss pair of sunnies. Underneath I wore shapewear, and a strapless bra to keep it modest and not expose the goods. This look is perfect for a romantic dinner date, or even a show where you want his eyes on YOU all night long! 😉atlantaphotographer-21-zf-0721-87858-1-021psx_20170129_160624I do want to share one style tip that came to mind from this outfit, and that’s knowing your sweet spot when it comes to dress length. Understanding what shapes and lengths compliment your body type best is a huge part of dressing to perfection. A woman always feels most confident when she dresses according to her shape and size. My “sweet” length is the midi dress…falling somewhere below the knee but not hitting the ankles. Do you know your sweet spot? atlantaphotographer-24-zf-0721-87858-1-024atlantaphotographer-28-zf-0721-87858-1-028psx_20170129_160607atlantaphotographer-23-zf-0721-87858-1-023atlantaphotographer-22-zf-0721-87858-1-022              Fur Stole: Nordstrom // Clutch: Charming Charlie // Heels: Lola Shoetique

My dress is sold out online, but you may be able to catch it in stores still. A few of my other favorite ZARA date night inspired dresses are hereherehere & here.

I hope you enjoyed this look as much as I did rocking it! You just may catch me in it again for V-Day!

Fashionably Yours,

Loved reading this post and looking at the gorgeous pics, Aliya! You look amazing! My sweet spot is just above the knees, I am not so tall and do not normally wear heels, so I find that length really suits my body shape 🙂
    Have a fantastic week!

The second look is as stunning as the first one. I love the under garment of choice also, you know I am all about covering the goods. I have not been shopping at Zara, but I think you are warming up my heart towards Zara now. I think my spot is midi length also.

This dress looks absolutely beautiful on you, girl! I love the golden lace details with the burgundy trim, it makes for such a regal combination, perfect for Valentine’s Day. I also love the addition of the faux fur stole, too, and those shoes are absolutely divine, I need to get a pair like them! Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you’re having the best start to your week so far!
